According to wikipedia, Litigation is the process of bringing or contesting a lawsuit. We do litigation to represent our clients to handle the process in court session. Our practice area are in all Indonesian region

Non Litigation
There are two kind of what we are state “Non Litigation”. In contrary of Litigation, Non Litigation is a process of negociation amongs conflicting party out of court session and other is the process of legal reaserch on a legal problem. Example : legal audit. What we do for non litigation are negociator and auditor.

We design a training according to the needs of coorporation field. Example : legal drafting for banking, franchising for small & medium enterprise, etc. The major aim of the trainning is to enrich of legal knoledge so that can be applied in the company.
